In collaboration with FilliDeFilla, I actively participated in the development of Progressive Web Applications (PWAs) for tourism associations and the World Orienteering Championship 2023. Utilizing functional programming languages Elm and Haskell, the services of Hasura and Strapi for database and CMS, along with deploying our applications on NixOS, underscores an approach that prioritizes robust and secure code while facilitating swift development speeds.

While at Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin, I’m taking on the responsibility of advancing ALEW, an online dictionary web application resting on a complex PostgreSQL dataset, built with Nuxt.js and running with Docker compose on CentOS. My contributions include enhancing the design for visual appeal, functionality, responsiveness, and speed. Notably, I achieved a 10x improvement in search speed. Beyond development, I play a crucial role in the service’s ongoing functionality, ensuring it runs seamlessly on university infrastructure.
