From Thesis to Blog: A Journey Through Sanskrit Metre

After sitting buried in a stack of old term papers for two years, my bachelor’s thesis on Sanskrit meter is finally seeing the light of day—as a blog series.

The project explores the anuṣṭubh śloka in the Mahābhārata, blending philology with computational analysis. From word boundaries and metrical anomalies to automatic syllabification and scansion algorithms, each post unpacks a different part of the process.

If you’re into Sanskrit, poetic form, or digital approaches to ancient texts, I think you’ll enjoy it. First post coming soon!
