5. Berliner Leseabend der toten Sprachen
The 5th Berlin Leseabend der toten Sprachen (LetoS) was held on July 18th, 2025, at Humboldt University, showcasing 14 performances in ancient languages. The two-hour program again fluidly navigated through various languages, genres, and styles, allowing the following ancient tongues to connect with contemporary audiences: Vedic Sanskrit, Egyptian, Akkadian, Latin, Old Chinese, Old High German, Classical Sanskrit, Middle Welsh, Old Mandarin, Old Lithuanian, and Middle Polish.
